30 Days of Me - Day 5

Good News. Hubby doesnt have to work this weekend. So we are going house shopping. Fun times. Hopefully we have something set in stone by next week. I think I'm coming down with something. My throat has felt weird the last two days. It feels like a little piece of food is stuck in it and Ive been nauseaus the last couple days.

Day 5: Your favorite quote

Its a rather long quote but I love it and swear by it.

30 Days of Me - Day 4

Go Figure. Hubby Came home from work yesterday informing me they have an exercise starting this weekend and so They'll most likely have to work 12s all weekend. Just Fabulous. I'm not surprised one bit but The second Weekend he has to work and we NEED to find a house. Its really frustrating. So I'm praying they don't have to work 12s or his Sgt lets him go for this. Well, now on to Day 4 of 30 Days of Me.

Day 4: Your favorite book

I'm a Twilight Fanatic.

I just love the Twilight series. I read them over and over again. My Favorite one of the series is Breaking Dawn. I just love it!

30 Days of Me - Day 3

Well...This weekend we went house shopping. We really didn't get anywhere. It sucks. I just want to get this over with. On the plus side, We found a house yesterday. We're hoping its the one, but we will see. We're either going to see it tonight or this weekend. Remember how on the milspouse fill in I said how you need back up plans in case hubby has to work. Guess what happened Friday after I posted that? Yep hubby had to work Saturday. Everyone at his shop did and I babysat for a couple at his shop. Sunday was his birthday and his birthday consisted of househunting and laundry. What a birthday. lol. Well thats all I have today on with Day 3 of 30 Days of Me.

Day 3: Your favorite television program

I have two of these. My first Favorite TV Show is Army Wives. I Love this show. Probably because I can relate to it so well. Although I'm an Air Force Wife not Army, I can still relate.
My other Favorite TV Show is House. Me and hubby both Love this show. Its pretty much all we've watched lately. lol. House is hilarious and I'm always wondering what he'll say or do next.

What characteristic about yourself has either been strengthened or weakened due to your experience as a Military Spouse? 

Hmmm...I'm definately a stronger person all together since becoming a Military Spouse. I've become accustom to change. One thing I've learned is DONT make plans, if you do they most likely will change. If you do make plans have a back up plan. An incase your hubby has to work plan.

What is your favorite vacation spot and why? 

I don't think I could tell you a favorite vacation spot. My Vacations have always been Little weekend vacations to the local Vacationing Towns in Missouri, The Lake of the Ozarks and Branson. Bransons pretty cool. Six Flags in Arlington is Pretty fun, Dallas is a pretty fun Vacation Spot but I can't tell you a favorite because I haven't had many.

If you could have any fast-food restaurant in the food court on base/post what would you pick? 

Oh man, thats a toughie. There's only one place on base that I go to Charleys. I LOVE Charleys. But we need more of a selection. I would have to go with

Where did you go on your honeymoon? 

No where. We haven't had a honeymoon.

If you could have any job in the world regardless of money, degree or experience, which job would you have and why?

I have no idea...Something Fun, Awesome and Adventurous though. Hmmm...

Terrible, Just Terrible.

I'm doing terrible at getting online. lol. Ever since I miscarried I havent blogged much. This last week I didnt even barely get online, period. Because I'm extremely addicted to my new DS game. LOL! I know, I know. What a dork. Plus it doesn't help that our internet connection keeps acting fishy. Anyways. I promise this next week I Will get back to 30 days of me plus blogging.

This Past week I've done pretty much nothing but play my 2 new DS games, especially this one..You probably heard of it for the computer, The Sims 2. Oh. My. Gosh. So dang addicting. But now its acting weird, That's what I get for buying a Used Game I guess. Although I've never had this problem before. Me and Hubby Love Gamestop. Its awesomeness.

Hubbys Birthday is this weekend. I'm baking him his favorite cake, Chocolate. I'm honestly not a big fan of Chocolate. I really have to be in the mood for it. So I hope it doesnt go to waste. He wants to go fishing, So I guess we're just going fishing for his birthday. Can you tell he's a redneck country boy? I can. lol. You Really would if you seen his fishing outfits. Speaking of birthdays, My father turned 60 years old last Sunday. Whew. I can't believe it. My daddys an old man now. lol. Well thats about all I have for today.

1. How do you spend your deployment money, do you save, pay off bills or enjoy the extra money while it is there to buy the things you do not normally have? (from Troop Petrie)

I would love to say we save deployment money. We try to save it but we usually end up spending it on things we normally don't have and enjoy it.

2. If you could relive one occasion or moment, what would it be? (from Currently On Land)

I would relive my wedding and the planning. It was an amazing wedding and one of the best days of my life. My mother wound up in the hospital during it. So I would definately relive it and make sure she was okay during it.

3. What’s the worst job you ever had and if it was so bad why did you take it? (from Faith and Deploying)

Well, I've only had One job my entire life. That job SUCKED. I was a walmart cashier. I took it because it was my first job and basically the only place hiring in the small town I lived in.

4. If you could play any character on TV, who would you be?  (from Many Waters)

Ohhhh....Thats a tough one. I would have to play....Christina on Grey's Anatomy. I Love her!

5. If you could become the world’s expert in something, what would it be? (from Army of Two)

Another tough one. I'm not sure. Something that would make me wealthy, I guess. lol.

Thank God it's Friday!! I love the weekends! I hate that they always go by so fast. This weekend we're going to watch Resident Evil: 3D. I'm super excited for that. We were gonna shoot bows (Hubby got me a bow for my birthday) but now he's in a sling because he has fluid around his elbow, so I doubt thats gonna happen until he's better. Well thats about all I got today. Have a fabulous Weekend!!

I have no words.

Its been 2 1/2 weeks since I've blogged and for this I'm sorry. I'm about to explain why. On Wednesday September 1st, I went to my OB because the night before I started spotting. By morning it got heavier. When I got to my OB I peed in a cup and did an ultrasound. On the u/s they didn't find an embryo and then the urine pregnancy test came up negative. They did bloodwork and She told me I would need to come back that Friday for more tests but that she thought I miscarried. Well Wednesday the bleeding just got heavier and heavier but I wasn't filling pads, Thursday it slowed down. and By Friday it was over. I went back to the OB Friday morning September 3rd. She did another urine pregnancy test which again came out negative. She told me my pregnancy hormones were VERY low and had gone down to 100. I miscarried. Worst week of my life so far. and two days later was my birthday. Yeah. What a great birthday present.
My husband made the best of my birthday though and I had a pretty good birthday. I asked my OB about trying again, when it was safe, if she thought this meant I couldnt carry or what. She said I was healthy that she believed it was just a first pregnancy miscarriage and that we should be able to concieve again as soon as we're ready. So we will  try again and we will have a baby, one way or another. Losing a baby is definately not easy. It's the worst thing to go through. But God doesn't give you more than you can handle.

The other reason I've been MIA is because Our laptop got a virus. Beware Everyone of this Virus, specially if your on facebook ALOT. It'll look like a popup. an Antivirus popup. If this happens to you Immediately turn off your computer. Because it'll automatically install this Fake antivirus. You can't do anything, even if you click on the Red X, it'll automatically install and won't let you uninstall it. Luckily we fought this virus. We fought HARD and we won. 

So I'm sorry for being gone. Monday I will start back on Day 3 of 30 Days of me and Tomorrow I will be participating in Milspouse Friday Fill-In.
